1. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped by DHL within 5 days.
2.All packages will be shipped with a flat rate shipping fee of €15.
3. Our warehouse is located in the United States and Hong Kong. Therefore, all shoes shipped to Italy and other European countries will transit through a transfer agent and then finally be delivered by DHL and La Poste (Colissimo). The usual delivery time is 15 working days (transfer time + final delivery time). Please note that during busy periods and public holidays there may be varying delivery delays.
4.As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping email with the tracking number to allow you to track the delivery of your package.
5.If you have not received a tracking number yet, it means your order has not been shipped yet. Once your order is shipped from our warehouses, you will automatically receive the tracking number via email. Sometimes emails may be directed to spam folder, please check carefully.
